At Bailey Culinary Consulting our goal is to improve your Hospitality business and increase profitability. Whether you are in the conception stage and need direction with kitchen and menu design, branding and market research, or you have been operating for years and need assistance updating menus and recipes or streamlining operations to optimize cost control, Chef Brandon Bailey will create and develop systems and procedures based on your style of service and staffing expectations.

We offer guidance with recruiting, hiring and training your team members so you can operate at the highest level of consistency of quality to ensure the guest experience is the top priority. Chef Brandon has long running relationships with many suppliers in the Atlanta area, from big box companies to local farmers, we can put in touch with the people that will work with you to best meet your business needs.

We also offer ongoing support if you don’t plan to have a full time chef on site. You will be able to keep Chef Brandon on retainer to make regular check-ins with your team and assist with seasonal updates, events or catering.
